It all really depends on what you are trying to accomplish in your document as to which tool you use in MS Word.ДЇor instance, if you would like to create a form that is mostly boilerplace language, but has some variables that must be repeated throughout your document, such a a Contract, Last Will and Testament, Deed, Power of Attorney, etc. Jim is correct about using the Ask field rather than the FILLIN field.
